I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1981. I began in Residential Property Management and spent 13 years in that field.

My last Property Management position was particularly challenging in the sense that the 72 unit property had just begun a major overhaul when I arrived. Each and every unit was undergoing a major re-habilitation. Everything was new; kitchens, baths, flooring, painting etc. All the while tenants were still living in the complex. This was not an easy task.

This project took years to complete but was well worth the effort and outcome. This process was a team effort and only proves that if everyone is on the same page, dedicated, hardworking and committed anything can be accomplished. This is a critical lesson I bring to the Home Staging™ profession.

I began my Real Estate Marketing & Sales Assistant Career in 1994. I certainly didn't change careers to become wealthy, not in 1994 when everything I was selling was bank owned at the time. I became a Real Estate Marketing & Sales Assistant because I really, really enjoyed meeting and working with all different kinds of people and wanted to assist them with the biggest purchase of their lives, buying a home.

Since 1994 I have received numerous awards for production, quality service awards and have earned numerous designations. I also obtained my MA & NH Associate Brokers License and my CSP (Certified Sales Professional) Designation. During this time I was always looking for new and better ways to sell my client's home faster and for the highest possible selling price. Along the way I discovered and became fascinated with the Home Staging™ profession.

I threw myself into the study of Home Staging and became an Accredited Staging Professional® in 2007. I also opened New Chapter Home Staging LLC, in Dracut MA, for the benefit of Realtors, builders, and home sellers in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

My work ethic has always been to work hard, be honest, be dedicated and always treat others in the manner in which I would expect to be treated. I never want to meet buyers or sellers expectations, I always strive to exceed their expectations. It is this philosophy I have always lived by and feel much of my success has been due to the manner in which I treat each and every person, whether business or personal.

Hi, my name is Renee McCready. I'm an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)® and earned my professional designation from Staged Homes.com™ in 2007.

I choose this career because I want to show people that you can stage a home with items you already have and still get rid of the clutter to show you home at its best. My experience in sewing and refinishing furniture has given me a good eye for color, texture and the finest details.

I've been a self employed handy girl for 8 plus years. In that time I've gutted out houses, installed replacement windows, did major and minor repairs, painting and interior/exterior design of houses. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the transformation of what a house is to what it truly can become. Home Staging™ allows me to continue to receive the satisfaction I get from that work. Additionally, I'm also a Real Estate Agent in Mass. and so I know how important it is to present yours or your clients home to sell faster and for a better price in today's real estate market.

As for me personally, I have two grown boys, four grandsons and a granddaughter on the way. I like working in the garden, being out doors.
