$300 Detailed Consultation

Initial visit with client at subject property
Complete a thorough inspection of entire exterior & interior (basement, garage & attic included)
All areas photographed for reference guide
A written & verbal assessment is conducted
Return visit with homeowner & realtor with completed written consultation (3 copies)
Included is all recommendations & examples if needed

$500 Detailed Consultation Plus

Everything in the standard Detailed Consultation above (the average standard consultation takes approximately 4 hours to complete
The 'Detailed Consultation Plus' gives you an additional 6 hours of one on one assistance!

Staging Services may include but are not limited to:

Assist homeowner with paint color choices (all rooms included)
Meet with contractors on site & schedule work time frame either your own contractor or one recommended from us
Assist homeowner with the choices of any new items (furniture, appliances, flooring & accessories)
Do the purchasing of new items for the homeowner if they request it
Accompany the homeowner with the purchasing of new items, if they request it

Staging Fees:

Because no two properties are the same (size of home, condition of home etc.) our staging fees are done on an individual basis. Staging fee includes ASP Professional Staging Team, loading, unloading, travel and actual Staging Services as well as de-Staging the house as the property sale closes. There are times when a home owner may need some “fine tuning” after a home has been staged, a one hour “fine tuning” is included in our staging fee.
